QIDP - Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

We are looking for a passionate QIDP to enhance the mission of Health & Joy Services. The QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Developmental Professional) oversees and assesses all facets of designated program operations to guarantee top-notch service for all individuals supported, helping them achieve their personal goals in alignment with state regulations. Their key responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and maintaining the standard of care for individuals with IDD/DD.

In-Home Residential Support- DSP

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide In-Home Support Services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping people achieve their goals and maintain their independence through Person-Centered Setting. This position is in the Home and Community-Based Services, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others daily. The DSP will work closely with the person and their family to develop and implement a person-centered plan that promotes independence, safety, and quality of life.

Individualized Day Support - DSP

This is a very individualized form of support provided to DC residents with intellectual disabilities. A primary goal of the service is to facilitate community integration – to support positive and rewarding involvement in the community that leads to opportunities for relationships and interdependence with fellow community members, including opportunities to contribute, to grow personally, and to engage fully in what the local neighborhood, ward and the larger city has to offer.

Residential Supports - DSP

We are looking for a capable direct support professional to care for our residents and to encourage them to live independent, productive lives. The Community Integration Specialist will follow guidelines and specific instructions pertaining to the persons support, treatments, and care. You will assist with personal care needs, support the expression of spiritual beliefs, and encourage meaningful interactions between residents and the community. You will be an advocate for the whole community with disabilities.
